Linglong

Linglong Porcelain, a hallmark of traditional Chinese craftsmanship, is famous for its distinctive "Linglong eyes" design. Originating from Jingdezhen during the Ming Dynasty, this porcelain is created using a unique "piercing and carving" technique, forming semi-transparent holes that allow light to pass through. These “Linglong eyes” often appear as delicate mesh or pattern shapes, lending the porcelain an elegant, translucent look. After glazing and high-temperature firing, Linglong Porcelain achieves a jade-like smoothness, balancing both utility and aesthetics, and is often regarded as the "pearl among porcelains.
