1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe:

    • General Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

    • Damaged/Defective Items or Incorrect Orders: Report within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.


2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Initiate a return by emailing [info@dragon-goods.com] or via live chat. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  2. Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  3. Ship Back: Securely package the item(s) and ship using one of the options below.


3. Return Shipping Options

  • Self-Arranged Courier: Choose your preferred carrier. You are responsible for shipping costs and tracking.

  • Prepaid Return Label: Request a prepaid label from us. The label cost will be deducted from your refund.


4. Refund Processing

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 10–21 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees (original or return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Deductions: Prepaid label costs or restocking fees (if applicable) will be subtracted from the refund.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us to confirm stock before shipping your return.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Report Within 7 Days: Contact us immediately with photos/video of the issue.

  • Resolution: We will cover return shipping costs and expedite a replacement, refund, or exchange.


7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, personalized, or perishable items (e.g., wellness elixirs).

  • Items damaged due to misuse or altered after delivery.


8. International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any export/customs fees.

  • Declare the package as a “return” to avoid import taxes. Dragon Goods is not liable for return shipments held by customs.
