Shipping Information. 

We ship our Chinese goods all over the world.

You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.

The option to pay customs and import duties will be available at the checkout. If you do not choose this option such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. This can also affect the delivery timescale, which is out of our control.

Returns and Exchanges.

Only when you are happy, can we be. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our Chinese goods, you can return them for a refund or an exchange.

Returning items will be at the cost of the customer. You can pick a courier of your choice or we can create you a returns label, the cost of which will be taken from your refund. Please contact customer service for this option.

All the returns need to be returned within 30 days after goods delivered.
Postage will not be refunded.

Please note that in some instances refunds can take between 10-21 days to reach your account.
